Party Bookings have priority check-ins

  • Reschedule your party booking

    • There’s no fee for rescheduling.

    • Rescheduled parties within 14 days of the party date: Once a party has been rescheduled within this period, no refund requests will be accepted.

    Cancellation of the party booking

    • You may cancel and receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $45 processing fee.

    • Two weeks notice is required to cancel the booking and be refunded, however, a $45 processing fee will be deducted from the deposit.

    ***Any cancellation requested within the 14 days of the party date, deposit and other payments made related to the party is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Your booked time is only for the private room. There is no limit to staying afterwards, you can also come to play first and party later.

  • We only allow reasonable amount of outside food for special dietary needs. This must be approved by party staff or manager.

    We allow cakes, cups cakes, or Ice Cream cakes if you book a party room. We do not allow any other outside food.

  • Yes, we can store it in our fridge or freezer.

  • Yes, we ask everyone who will be passing the gates into our facility to be wearing socks

  • Yes, we ask anyone who has never been to our facility to fill out a waiver.

  • We accept multiple ways of placing a deposit, the quickest way is to use our online booking system! A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your reservation. If no deposit is placed within 48 hours of booking, the event will be cancelled.

Locker Policy & Disclaimer
Lockers are available on-site for your convenience and are identified by a unique animal image and number. Please bring your own lock if you wish to secure your items. SkyCastle is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items in the locker area. All locks and personal items must be removed at the end of your visit.
