  • Reschedule your party booking

    • There’s no fee for rescheduling.

    Cancellation of the party booking

    • You may cancel within 48 hours of the booking deposit made, however, a $45 processing fee will be deducted from the deposit.

    • Two weeks notice is required to cancel the booking and be refunded, however, a $45 processing fee will be deducted from the deposit.

    ***Any cancellation requested within the 14 days of the party date, deposit and other payments made related to the party is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Your booked time is only for the private room. There is no limit to staying afterwards, you can also come to play first and party later.

  • No, we only allow outside food for special dietary needs. This must be approved by party staff or manager.

    We allow cakes, cups cakes, or Ice Cream cakes if you book a party room. We do not allow any other outside food.

  • Yes, we can store it in our fridge or freezer.

  • Yes, we ask everyone who will be passing the gates into our facility to be wearing socks

  • Yes, we ask anyone who has never been to our facility to fill out a waiver.

  • We accept multiple ways of placing a deposit, the quickest way is to use our online booking system! A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your reservation. If no deposit is placed within 48 hours of booking, the event will be cancelled.
